Most of when we are children and many of us hear the words from our parents. The experience we have as children is limited according to the years we have existed for experience to occur. The question is how do the "adults" with many more years of experience , various levels of education , common sense and developed intuition get dissapointed by smaller ,younger ,ignorant , inexperienced and often uneducated (even if its just because we still busy getting educated),innocent and immature people? Adults understand when a new employee who is inexperienced ,ignorant and perhaps immature is not a dissapointment, they tolerate ,understand and supervise until that employee is up to scratch.
